Quotations and orders

Prices are quoted per order and are not published on this site. A quotation is an offer at the stated scope and is valid for the period stated on it. An order becomes binding when we issue a written order confirmation (proforma invoice or contract).

Specifications, photos and performance figures on this site describe the standard configuration. The configuration, accessories and figures confirmed in your quotation or contract are the ones that apply.

Payment, shipping and delivery

There is no checkout on this website and no card details are entered here. Payment terms, Incoterms, lead time and the shipping method are stated in your quotation or contract.

Warranty and support

Equipment carries the warranty stated in your contract. Remote technical support and, where agreed, on-site installation and training are provided as set out there.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost production or lost profit.

SMS messaging terms

Program: Nezha Maker® SMS, operated by Nezha 3D Tech (China) Limited. Opt in by ticking one or both SMS checkboxes on our inquiry form. There are two separate programs: (1) verification codes, order and account notifications and appointment reminders (equipment demos, technical consultations, installation and delivery bookings); (2) marketing information such as product launches and offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact [email protected]. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major US carriers.

How we handle your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this site

Content, drawings and photography on this site belong to us or are licensed to us; do not republish them without permission. Do not scrape the site.

We keep the site accurate and correct errors when we find them, but a page can be out of date. The quotation and order confirmation are the documents that bind.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when they were confirmed.
