nezhamaker.com is owned and operated by Nezha 3D Tech (China) Limited, the registered business trading as Nezha Maker®. "We", "us" and "our" in this policy mean that company.

What we collect

What you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number and the message describing what you need. If you ticked any consent boxes, we also keep which boxes you ticked, the exact consent wording you saw, the date and time, and the IP address the form was sent from — that is our record of your permission.

How the site is used: pages viewed and basic technical data (browser type, approximate country from our CDN). We do not run advertising pixels.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil and ship orders, arrange equipment demonstrations, installation and training, and provide after-sales support.

Marketing messages are separate and opt-in: the email and SMS marketing checkboxes are unticked by default, and we only send marketing to people who ticked them. Agreeing to receive messages is never a condition of buying from us.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in on our website, we send text messages to the phone number you provided. There are two separate opt-ins: (1) verification codes, order and account notifications and appointment reminders; and (2) marketing information such as new product launches and offers. You can choose either, both or neither.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time; after STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that help us deliver the messages (for example our SMS gateway provider), and they may not use it for any other purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other manufacturers, dealers or list brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Who processes it for us

Cloud hosting, CDN, email delivery and SMS delivery are handled by service providers under contract. They process data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example tax records of completed orders). Consent records are kept for as long as the consent is active and for 4 years after you withdraw it, so we can prove what you agreed to.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw any consent, by writing to [email protected]. For SMS, replying STOP works immediately. For email, use the unsubscribe link or write to us.

This site is intended for business customers and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your phone number will not apply to you without your consent.
